With elegance and grace he's weaved his way into facets of me
Awakening feelings I never knew existed
Entry into my heart this man has been given
With the ability to view areas not seen by the natural eye
Or touch by a loving hand
This man
The one I didn't believe exist
Yet, prayed for endlessly
Has shined a light where darkness dwell and emptiness called home
A corner where dreams of true love had long been hiding in the shadows of someone else's life
Someone else's love
Some one else's dream
And some else's reality
What a difference God makes when prays are left at his feet
To know that he finds no concern meaningless
Our cares are his cares
our desires his desires
He takes the purity and concerns residing in his child's heart to the greatest height
For He- himself is a lover
One who loves in the purest form
Only asking that our faith and trust be in Him
With this belief He's provided a space in my heart I didn't realize was available
A corner only He could have reserved
Allowing the love of one man to enter an avenue only God could preserve
With the ease of a master craftsmen he's gently chipped away the rough edges
Removing the barriers that once blocked the flow of love
Skillfully capturing my attention
To God be the glory
For in His infinite way He has reserved this man for me
And me for him
No reservations needed

Who Do You Magnify?

In my distress I called upon the  LORD,  and cried to my God: and he did hear my voice out of his temple, and to his ears. 2 Samuel 22:7

Often times I think we spend more time magnifying the problems in our lives than we do looking to Jesus for the solution. The enemy is crafty, he knows how to make circumstances appear larger than life.  If given the opportunity he'll help you focus on the negatives that may be happening in your life for as long as you allow him.  He realizes that the more time you spend worrying about the situation you may be facing the less time you'll spend seeking the Father.  If he can sway your focus he'll lead you to believe that the obstacle, circumstance, or situation is to much for you to bear, and it may be, but what he doesn't tell you (and why would he), is that with God all things are possible and there is nothing to great for the Father.

He won't tell you that there is power in the name of Jesus.  He won't tell you to speak life into that situation and praise God through your trial.. Why would he?  Your a christian, right?  You're are a child of the King, correct?  You do realize that when you fail to see Christ in your situation the enemy definitely see victory in his.  That's his job and he is good at it.

Take a moment, look to the things the father has all ready brought you out of,and then tell the devil the only victor is King Jesus.  My sisters and brothers it's time to stop giving the devil a free ride and look to the hills from whence cometh your help.  With God all is possible. With God doors are opened and lives are changed.  I don't believe I m telling you something you don't all ready know.

Yet I pray that this post runs across the eyes of someone who doesn't know Jesus and is looking for a savior.  To that person I say God loves you and being a Christian doesn't mean you will live a life that's not filled with obstacles but it does mean that as you grow in the knowledge and love of Christ you know that he will provide you with all you need and when your days on this earth is done you will have a home with him in glory..
